The thermal waters of Peshkopi are a national treasure, they originate from the gypsum formations of Mount Korab. There are two sulphurous springs with a temperature of 35-43.5 degrees C and a flow of 14 liters/sec. Their effects are related to bone diseases, rheumatism, respiratory tracts such as: bronchial asthma, bronchitis, diabetes, skin diseases and gynecological problems.
