How to Get There
- By Boat (Recommended): The easiest way to visit is via daily speedboat tours or private boat charters. Excursions depart regularly from Vlorë, Dhërmi, and Himarë. These trips usually take 6 to 8 hours and include stops at the Blue Cave and Haxhi Ali Cave.
- On Foot: Experienced trekkers can take a highly challenging, 13-kilometer hiking trail starting from Palasë. The path is remote, rocky, and completely unshaded, requiring excellent physical fitness and offline GPS navigation maps.
What to Pack
- Cash: Bring plenty of Albanian Lek. There are no ATMs, and the lone, rustic seasonal café on the beach does not accept cards.
