A recently renovated apartment, Piro’s Cozy Rooms is located in the city center and offers comfortable accommodation with free Wifi and parking on-site, free of charge. At the apartment complex, each unit includes a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, and towels. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning and all of them are soundproof, while some of them offer a balcony where you can enjoy quiet street views!

Peaceful and centrally-located, the house is a just renovated two floor place with 2 double rooms equipped with a king size bed, smart TV with national channels and NETFLIX (on the house 🙂 a minibar refrigerator, small desk and clothes closet of course with a private bathroom inside the room. There are two rooms available one room on the ground floor and another room on the upper floor with common entrance from the street. 1 minute walk from the main city’s pedestrian area! 5 minutes walk to the city’s old bazaar! Great location with everything nearby from bars, restaurants sightseeing etc.
The place is managed by me (Piro) online, and by my father (Andrea) onsite, Andrea is the person who greets, checks in them the guests and takes care of everything on the house.
The house is located in one of the old districts of Korca, very quiet narrow cobblestone streets with only small houses, 20 metres away from the main pedestrian street with coffee shops restaurants and stores. The house is located in a one way street with parking allowed on the right side of the road. You can drive till the main door and park around there with assistance on the spot for everything.
