To explore the harshness of the peaks and mountain trails, to challenge yourself to one of the most beautiful climbs you will do in life, to be filled with fresh air and landscapes that leaves you breathless.

Your adventure in the Albanian Alps would not be complete without climbing the Peak of Vajusha .. where any comment would be superfluous. In the mountains of Kelmendi, on the border with Montenegro, is one of the most wonderful areas of Albania, such as the peak of Vajusha.

To explore it you have to walk for about 2 and a half hours from Lëpusha in the middle of the mountains. Normally, the journey is tedious but peaceful. You have never felt closer to untouched nature. Mountains have a strange ability to capture the heart. It will happen here too.

After a very special trip crossing the mountains, fields, and lawns and enjoying the fresh air and cold water of the many springs of this area, it reaches the level of 2100 meters above sea level, at the peak of Vajusha and then this is the view to appear.

This part of the Albanian Alps, where the Bjeshkët e Namuna starts, is very little explored and almost unknown to Albanians, so young people appeal for us to visit these beauties.
